Mail Orders and Telephone Orders:
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. When a purchase is made, a confirmation letter will be sent out the following business day including a copy of your order and our contact information. When your card is charged, the publishers are then paid to extend your subscription; therefore we ask that you do not cancel. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will gladly cancel and refund the difference for any issues not yet received
